Chalet Monte Bianco

Distance to ski area Tignes-Val d’Isère ~200 m. Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable chalet with wood-burning stove and free WiFi, situated close to the piste in Tignes 1800 - Les Boisses, Tignes-Val'Isère ski area. The blue piste leading to the ‘Les Boisses’ gondola lift is approx. 200 metres from the chalet. Return to the chalet on skis ‘off-piste’ possible (depending on snow conditions, no secured pistes; at your own risk). The chalet is built in a traditional style from stone and wood, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is spread over 3 floors. Cosy and furnished with great attention to detail, it immediately creates a homely mountain chalet atmosphere with maximum comfort.
The centrepiece of the chalet is located on the 2nd floor: the bright living and dining area with wood-burning stove is the perfect place to relax. There is a sitting area with TV, sofas and armchairs as well as a small bar seating area. The large table in the dining area seats 12 people comfortably. Access to the south-facing terrace. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. Additional fridge for drinks, ice cube machine, Kitchen Aid.
The 1st floor offers 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm; can be pushed together). On this floor there is a laundry room with washing machine/dryer and a separate WC.
On the ground floor there is another bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm; can be pushed together) and a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), bathroom and access to the terrace. Separate WC in the hallway. All bedrooms have a TV, headphones, desk and chair.
A spacious ski room with ski rack, storage space and electric ski boot dryer is also located on the ground floor.
There is a private parking space for 1 car directly at the chalet, additional cars can be parked in the public car park ~200 m away. Please note: in Tignes, all public car parks are chargeable (reservation obligatory).

The chalet is located in the tranquil and cosy ski resort of Tignes 1800 - Les Boisses. Quiet and idyllic at 1800 m, the cosy village is perfectly connected to the ski area. The centre is approx. 400 m away on foot or ~1 km by car. There are a few restaurants, bars, grocery shops, bakeries, sports shops/ski hire and a ski school. Nearest restaurant ~20 m away. Free shuttle bus between Les Boisses and Tignes Le Lac (one-way only).

Chalet altitude ~1,830 m, altitude ski area up to 3,500 m at the Grande Motte glacier; 300 km of alpine slopes, 96 ski lifts. The new 8-seater gondola lift ‘Les Boisses’ starts from the Tignes 1800 - Les Boisses district into the ski area. The blue ‘colchique’ piste, approx. 200 metres from the chalet, is leading there directly. Magic carpet at the lift. The plus points of the area are its vastness, the high alpine location and the great freeride opportunities for skiers and snowboarders. Numerous opportunities for romantic snowshoe hikes. The skipass Tignes-Val d'Isère includes the indoor pool Center Lagon at Tignes Le Lac (not valid for flexpass).
