Heart of the flat is the spacious and light-flooded living and dining area with comfortable sofas, electric fireplace and TV. Access to the south terrace with outdoor jacuzzi and garden furniture. The modern, open kitchen with its kitchen island is very well-equipped. The large table in the dining area comfortably seats 12 people.

The apartment disposes of 4 bedrooms:
One bedroom with glass front to the living room (no window), double bed, folding single sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Another bedroom with double bed, single sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower/WC. This room opens onto the terrace.
A third bedroom with glass front to the corridor (no window), double bed as well as desk and TV.
The fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds, a single bed and a pull-out bed (no window). In the corridor, there is a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower as well as a separate WC.
In the entrance hall you'll find a boot removal and drying room. Separate WC. Washing machine, tumble dryer as well as glove dryer are available in the flat; ski locker and bike room are outside.

The luxury apartment was completely renovated in summer 2023 and is located on the ground floor of a two-storey chalet, which accommodates 4 flats in total. The main entrance area is used in common. 

Please note: The maximum number of persons allowed is 12, although the sleeping capacity is higher.

The centre of Tignes Le Lac is about 300 m away. There are several shops, supermarkets, ski shops, ski schools and a variety of restaurants and bars.

Chalet altitude 2,100 m, altitude ski area up to 3,500 m with the Grande Motte glacier; one of the highest ski areas in Europe; 300 km of pistes, 79 lifts. The nearest ski lift "Chardonnet" is about 100 m from the chalet. Tignes Le Lac is excellently connected to the entire ski area of Tignes-Val'Isère. Free ski shuttle at about 100 m. A bonus of the area is its vastness, the high alpine location and the great freeride possibilities for skiers and snowboarders. Numerous opportunities to go on romantic snowshoe hikes. The skipass Tignes-Val d'Isère includes the indoor pool Center Lagon at Tignes Le Lac (not valid for flexpass).
