Distance to ski area Alpe d'Huez ~0 m. Charming, spacious and cosy chalet with sauna, fire place and free WiFi. It is located at the foot of the slopes (Piste de l'Eclose) of Alpe d'Huez, in the historic heart of L'Alpe. Le Vieux Logis has been lovingly renovated with great attention to detail. Elegant interior design combining contemporary design elements with tasteful furniture full of character. The wooden floors and two open fireplaces create a cosy atmosphere. Spacious living room with large sitting area. On a surface area of 450 m², the chalet offers eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms of varying sizes, all in neutral tones, with six of them also having a balcony. There is also a sun terrace – an ideal place to enjoy the breathtaking views of the valley.
Directly opposite is the Alpe Express gondola lift, which takes you directly to the Les Bergers sector in just 7 minutes.

Ground floor: Here you will find a games area with table football and bar, as well as the sauna with two showers. The kitchen is professionally equipped and opens onto the dining and living area, so you can enjoy the fire. A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm).
First floor: Living room with large sofa corner by the wood-burning stove. Flat screen TV and DVD player. A library is also at your disposal. Access to the 120m2 south-facing terrace.
Second floor: On this floor you will find two bedrooms each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm) and two further bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).
Third floor: The top floor consists of two bedrooms with one double bed each (140 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm).

Chalet altitude: ~1,800 m. With its 250 km of slopes and 2200 m of vertical drop, with a summit at 3330 m, the Alpe d'Huez ski area has more than earned its international reputation. It connects 5 ski resorts and 2 villages. Particularly popular is the famous Sarenne, which is the longest ski slope in the world with 16 km of uninterrupted descent. The chalet is located on the edge of the Eclose piste and is ideally situated opposite the new Alpe Express gondola lift. The ultra-quiet gondola takes you to the Les Bergers sector in just 7 minutes. Within walking distance you will find several shops and nice restaurants. Alpe d'Huez is also the ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable après-ski experience. The Bar Underground, one of the most famous bars in the village, is only 100 metres from the chalet.
